When the Raspberry Pi 3 launched in February, Eben Upton was happy to announce that the Raspberry Pi family had managed to sell eight million units making it the best selling computer of all time. The following month was one of the best sales months for the Pi of all time and finally we’re at a new milestone: ten million Raspberry Pis have been sold.
Sales have been increasing year-on-year for the Raspberry Pi, with 5 million sold since February 2015. The next milestone is to beat the Commodore 64s sales numbers (whatever they might be) but for now we’re celebrating this new amazing milestone.
